Is this a regular clamp or a special piece

I saw this product from WHH and was wondering if it was a readily available clamp or a specific piece made for RC . These are for a 2 inch diameter band pipe but that is too large for my application, I need about a 1.25" diameter. Looks like a metal version of the Dave Brown pipe mount, plus some of the rubber cushions from the McMaster Carr cushioned clamps, that we typically use on the stinger? .. Thanks Tony J

Hi Tony can you just use a smaller O-ring to make it work for you
