hey Bob, do you know how I could get ahold of him? I dont have any power tools, so getting the stuff laser cut works best for me. Thanks in advance!!

Walk down the street to Marty's house. He has plans for the round and chisel nose boats.

Hey Rodney,

Roy would have been my last resort for any of Ira's plans. I don't believe any of them were done with CAD, Ira always used a band saw to cut out his boats, and the few he built for others. I'm not sure if CAD even existed when Ira drew the original plan. I hope you can find a clean set of plans, & have them done CAD to maintain the hull availability for a while longer. I believe Ira had 20, 40 and 60 Chisel nose, and 60 round nose plans. I am actually working on a 60 round nose that will be painted as Miss US 5 - the hull was built by Harold Dobbins and I have made some changes to suit myself. Old Wood Over Foam (WOF) builders don't do framed up hulls well. Good luck in your search.

Thanks for the Update Larry. I haven't seen Roy since the 2006 NAMBA Nats. CHEERS !!! Bob

Some years back I also tried to contact Roy never did get a reply so good luck. I sold a cowl to some one on this site from Roy might want to post looking for cowl. Send me a PM to discuss Jerry

If someone does have the plans, get them to me, and I can do them up in a laser cut kit for you. Mike Luszcz, ML Boatworks, (252) 717-6282

Rodney, do you really want to try to change diapers and feed the little one with your hands covered with Bandaids? Worse yet, do you want the wife mad at you for cutting up your hands on power tools when you should have been helping her out? You're should know power tools are too dangerous for a new dad to be playing with, just ask your wife as I'm sure she'll tell you so :p :D
