I contacted him him a few years ago, he told me he had no plans or cowls available.

Hey Rodney,

Roy would have been my last resort for any of Ira's plans. I don't believe any of them were done with CAD, Ira always used a band saw to cut out his boats, and the few he built for others. I'm not sure if CAD even existed when Ira drew the original plan. I hope you can find a clean set of plans, & have them done CAD to maintain the hull availability for a while longer. I believe Ira had 20, 40 and 60 Chisel nose, and 60 round nose plans. I am actually working on a 60 round nose that will be painted as Miss US 5 - the hull was built by Harold Dobbins and I have made some changes to suit myself. Old Wood Over Foam (WOF) builders don't do framed up hulls well. Good luck in your search.

Rodney, do you really want to try to change diapers and feed the little one with your hands covered with Bandaids?
