installing rear sponsons

hi,,i am building a sgx2 45 rigger and i am cofused as to which way the rear sponsons are mounted,,they can go on 2 different ways,,but only one is correct,,would someone be kind enough to either post a pic or send me one to [email protected] i would greatly appreciate it,,thanks alot,,gary

The wings or sponsons?

Sponsons squared edge with step facing centerline,parallel with tub.

Someone posted build photos a while back that showed the correct orientation of the rear shoes on an SGX-2 . The search funtions has gotten so flakey on this site I don't know if I can find it again.

These photos show the sponsons installed INCORRECTLY but the Wings installed correctly on a .45 SGX-2.

now thats the way this friend of mine was told to mount them,,he has them on correctly and was going to cut them off and use mine for templates to make new ones,,i wanted to make sure before i mounted mine,,thanks for the pics,,gary
