IMPBA Roostertail Ballots

In the next roostertail we are voting for President for the next two years. Are there any other subjects that are up for a vote? I think there is a noise proposal to vote on...anything else?

Please stick to the topic "what else are we voting on", not what are your personal feelings on noise/president/district directors... If you have something CONSTRUCTIVE to add regarding the topic, by all means add away.

Emails as well as posts can get taken so far out of context from what the author means...
