How far to back cut 1440 for jae 12

How far to back cut 1440 for jae 12. We will be testing Lil Als boat Sat. I was thinking 1/16" from hub blended to leading edge. Is that enough or should more come off outer tip. Will also have V937 to play with any tips

The back cut will be about right but you will have to reduce the diameter also down to 36/37MM and maybe add some cup....

153Stars & Rod... the 2 b/c 1440's I got were 37.5mm.... might want to start there... engine seemed to pull them just fine.

I just accidently cut the entire half of my prop off.

Now my motor mounts can't hold my engine from vibrating loose.
