How do you know when a LiPo is no good?

How do you know when a LiPo is no good any longer?

Is it that it doesn't charge? Doesn't hold a charge? Doesn't discharge enough mah compared to its rating?

What do you look for?

I think probably the best indicator is when the cells don't balance or one or more cells is obviously lower than the others.

Low voltage, charger will not charge and puffed cells are good indications the of dying or dead Lipo cells.

My big indicators are puffed celss (although I've had 'em puff and still perform great) and them not charging..
