Hotshot 21 setup help?

Hello, I have decided to start messing with my Dummas Hotshot 21 tunnel hull.

I have a stock K&B .21 on it, i ran it today on the pond and the results were less than average.

I was wondering if you guys would post up some pictures of how your rigging is, i believe thats where my problem lies. Any help would be appreciated.

Which version of the Hot Shot do you have? That would help with the help being provided.
