Tell the Doc that you want a new shoulder joint with a grease fitting in it. That way when it starts to squeak and hurt, you just give it a shot of grease.

To All of my Intl water friends.

I have been living in pain, right shoulder that I had replace for 8 months.I am going in the hospital on Tuesday morning for my forth shoulder surgery to see if they can relieve me from my shoulder pain that I have.
