Hopf Hayabusa stepped hull. German made hull by Hopf. This is usually raced in the UK in mono1 class.
Length is 21 inches, width at widest point is 9 inches, transom width is 6 inches. Epoxy hull, two strips of carbon fiber cloth are added inside the hull to provide more rigidity. Using a wire drive and original Hopf hardware (except for turn fin)
As can be seen from the pictures the hull is very good condition, never damaged, or needed any hull repair. There are some minor scratches mostly occurring while in storage.
Being sold with Hacker B40 7l brushless motor and Hacker Master 70 - O – Navy speed controller, small scale metal gear servo is also included.
The holes on the front are to allow water into the flood chamber when it is flipped, the flood chamber fills up and self-rights the boat. Depending on the size of the lipo you may want to add some weight to allow it self right quicker or add a few more holes on the front.
This is a rare boat for the USA.
