HOBART NAMBA/IMPBA CHALLENGE

This is going to be bigger than the "Ryder Cup". We have 30% of all boats (78 boats) and 39% of the drivers entered in this challenge. These are the drivers for the EVIL NAMBA Team:

Eric Broulet, Jerry Dunlap, Kim Grim, Mark Grim, Al Hobbs, Nub Kopiska, Don Maher, Gary Moll, Nancy Moll, Tom Shackelford, Henry Velasco, Allan Yuen and Jim Wilson. NAMBA Team Captain: The notorius Mark Grim.

Here is your "ALL AMERICAN" IMPBA TEAM: Mark Sholund, Steve Ball, Jeff Schindler, Ron Zaker, Jr., John Otto, Mike Zaborowski, Stu Barr, Rick Grim, Bryon Nesvacil, Rocky Will, Rick Doane, Will Gallgher, Bruce Jacobs, Mark Voohies, Don Ferrette (one more chance), Buckshoot Shackelford, Joe Warren (OMG, but he scores points), Mike Crawford, Dick Tyndall, Phil Thomas, Mike Schindler, Sean Barr, Greg Hahn, Steve Peterson and Dave Roach. It may take employing a CPA firm to tabulate these scores. These NAMBA guys are strong, but the "All Americans" should bring this home again.

Looks to me like Bill and Dave Brandt, Mike Hughes and Kirk Maupin are all missing from the mix, just to name a few other racers. The scale class is being run in this too, isn't it?

Chris-you know if you surround yourself with really good drivers, it offsets any short comings. Last minute change on the team, Joe Warren is having to cancel. Gary Turner will move into this spot. Don, yes you did well last year. I just remember all the goose eggs the first year. Love ya man!

Yeah weren't you the one who tagged me with "five lap Ferrette" after all those heats I was leading only to have the twin failsafe on the last lap (note to self- never use add on failsafes again). Nothing like good friends bustin' your ballz right? Luv ya too man!!

Tim K., pm me with the order of what you think your best boats are and I will try to make a spot for you. I have not seen you run in over 4 years and I try to pick what I think are the best boats to score. Jerry, I match boat for boat on the IMPBA/NAMBA challenge. Next time, bring the big guns like the Brandts if you guys want a chance. However, my team will go against anyone!
