Those big girls know right where to lay Walt- right where ya cant get em ;) The one on the right has to be the biggest Snook I have EVER seen. That picture does that fish no justice- Its easily 45+ inches and 8 across the back :huh:

It would PIZZ us OFF, while I was in the Coast Guard,, they would stack up like cord wood under the Jupiter Light House dock,,, the ONLY way to coax them outa there was with a speargun!!! And no,,, I never did that!!!!

This is a drop in the bucket to whats normally there- they sit tight under a floating dock / between the oysters/in a six foot corner that makes them untouchable :angry: Spooky dont even describe it- I have counted over 70 at once there :eek:

The picture does that fat slob NO JUSTICE - trust me :huh:

Yeeep, we used a lure once or twice waaaay up the Alafia in late Oct , called the large mesh bomber ;)

Caught my 1st Snook this year but the season was just out and could not keep it was a 24incher but was fun to catch

I guess this would be the closest thing to snook we have up here, swamp snake, gator, slough shark, northern pike but they like to eat flies. :)

Still no comparison to strenght of saltwater fish.
