Help out an FE Newbie

Guys, I just finished building my FE PSpec Tunnel. I was about to charge up my 4S 5000mah lipo, but the balancer plug from the pack will not fit into my chargers lipo slots. I have charged plenty of small lipos with this charger, so I know it will. It will do up to 6S. The plug on the battery is too big to go into the charger. I got my charger while in Europe, but I dont think that would matter? Did they change from a standard balancer plug to a different style at some point?

I paid a lot of money for this charger, and it does everything I want it to do, so I would REALY like to not have to buy another charger.

Here are some pics (because everyone like pics...). The battery is a Turnigy brand. The charger is Multiplex, which is very popular in Europe.

The battery connector has 5 pins, and the charger connection has 6. The battery connector is also too wide, and too tall.

Do they make some sort of adapter??

There are a bunch of adapters available. There are a few different balancing taps being used by the battery manufacturers. My enerland batteries have a different plug than the turnigy's.

I know it's a pain but you need to figure out what you're charger has and find a turnigy adapter, I'd try hobbyking, thats where the pack is from, thats where I got mine from at the same time I bought a set of their batteries. Got lucky and it also works with Gens Ace batteries which I prefer to the HK ones for inexpensive packs.

According to this those are Flightpower Thunderpower plugs. So you need to go from that to Align plugs http://rclipos.com/Accessories.htm

Lastly.. dont use it.. really its not needed every time you charge anyway. You are going to want to get one (looks like your good anyway) but its just not needed every time you charge..
