Here is my hammerhead .12 version 2. It is running a .12 NS5 Nova Rossi. I haven't had a chance to run many props with it. I was able to get 91km/h out of it with a 215. I haven't had too much time to do any testing. I can still work with the pipe and needle. I could also try some other props. It weighs 1050 grams. About 400 grams lighter than the HH.12 version 1. No plans on producing this one. It is not nice to beginners.

nice looking boat... I still want a version 1 since i saw it run down in kzoo

that's a good speed hammer! how do you like the engine? isin't that the real expensive one..... like $300 u.s.??

The engine is a little expensive, but what the hell. It has a lot more high end than the TR, but it is a little touchy at lower RPMs. The engines configurations are the same as the TR, so I can interchange them in a few minutes. I like the Nova better over all, though.

As far as "NO HAMMER CUTS" It has one on the other side. Being that it is designed to turn right only, I figured that it wasn't needed on the right side. The theory is still there, though. It has less riding surface on the left sponson.

I think with a little prop and pipe work, that another 10-15 Km/h can be a reality.

Another big difference about this one VS. the last is that it is a 3 point.

OK Marty, give us a bottom shot! It's something that I was thinking of trying if it's what I think it is.

Thanks Ian! As far as the bottom shot, you will have to wait until I get my friend to post a pic of it, or strain your eyes with one of my cell phone photos.

Took her out to the pond Yesterday. Spent the day with Dennis Cessna. Tried an X438. It would scream in the corners, but dog out in the straights. One of my other buddies said that the engine was dogging out because it was going over peak. He suggested that I should go even bigger, so I slapped an X440 on it. Now it doesn't dog out in the staights or the corners, and it seems like I may have picked up a few Km/h, too. I ordered an X442X2. Will see what it can do for me next weekend.
