Its a mere 88 degrees in the house tonight because I had to watch someone try and fix my ac for the last three days in a row-

Im over it - IT ABSOLUTELY PAINS me to watch someone do what I know how to do right / WRONG -

and at my expense -

NO AC AGAIN -

Im pretty sure the am is gonna go like- GET THE F-K out of my way and I will handle this

That sucks! It's hard to find good mechanics anymore. I don't even let anyone else touch my cars for that reason.

I'd throw in a window unit for the mean time. I have central A/C here (it's Louisiana, you gotta!) but I have a window unit for when the power goes out, then run it off my little generator.

Yeah, its was one of those REALLY po moments that Im glad I was the forum mod = I SLIPPED

Well 13 ugly azz welds later and I have ac - I could tell from get go when the replacement part was NO WHERE close to the old one that its was time to get involved or I was day 4 with no ac. I hadnt welded ac in some tome and they are FOR SURE not the prettiest work I have done - but they dont leak.

Entire re-plumb to make it work

We should plan that next year, I'll bring the timing equipment.
