Good year for my Stealth sport hydro

Congrats to Jim Johnson, he has set Namba saw record 11/4/12 P-Ltd Sport hydro - Phil Thomas Stealth sport hydro 69.832 mph

The Stealth sport hydro has set oval 2 lap records in June 2012 in Namba P limited sport hydro and P sport.

Tyler Garrard 23.085 51.9 mph in P sport and Brian Buaas 27.181 44.1 mph avg in P limited sport hydro.

Don't forget they finished 2nd and 3rd in P-Ltd Sport Hydro at the FE Nats this year too.

Do you happen to have any showing how you guys modified the hull to meet the 65% rule? It's tough to see in the pictures you posted.

The bottom was just made wider about a 1/4 inch and air trap was removed

Do you think there is enough material in the layup that I can simply sand down the airtrap rails near the transom?

Yes the air traps are all filler, the hull bottom lay up would not be hurt. If you add any material just keep it light as possible.

The new hulls have all this done and some small changes to the front sponson insides that took away some lift.
