I recently bought a used JAE 21 with a Nova Rossi T21-7M. This will be my first 21 engine in a rigger after running 21 tunnels.

In my tunnels i used to run MC-59's, but ran out of these. Have seen several recommendations for plugs in 21 riggers, O'Donnel Blues, 99's, 89's? Which plug is best in your opinion?

Thanks,

i like k&b 1l's.

you will get 20 different opinons on plugs but this one thing i will say i believe strongly in.. THE HOTTER THE BETTER IN 21 motors.

Paul,

McCoy 9's, OD 99 or 89 should work well. I have had less success with the blues with any NR I have. The MC-59 is too hot for a NR IMHO, even an OB. They are fine with a K&B OB. Keep in mind I am in the USA south so we do not get really cool water to run in. In the winter time we still have water temps in the high 50's and in the summer we have 85-92 degree water in the high heat.

I like the 1L in my rigger with a 7m

Tried the odonnell blues and reds they were one run plugs in a rigger for me... While the plug still looked good the motor just wouldn't fire after one run.

OD purple I like them better than 59s.....If you need some 59s I might have a few to sell..... Your in Sweden right Paul?

Thanks guys. I'll get some OD99's and some purple plugs to try. Mike, I live in the Netherlands, and thanks for the offer.
