Getting cold!

Up this morning, 44*. As some of you know I am in the process of getting back into the hobby. Unfortunately I probably won't have a boat built until December. My question to you guys; Do you run in cold weather? I have down here but not when it's super cold. Floridas lakes don't ice up so theoretically we could run year round if we wanted. We just restrict the water flow and let it rip. how do you guys handle cold weather.

same way you do, until the water gets hard. then i hunt.

Like I said very fortunate the water doesn't ice up here. However, if it looks like a good day to hunt come gun season (nov 14) I may just decide to hit the woods

ANY day is a good day to hunt, if you are free to go .

I'd rather be going after salmon than hunting. Getting a salmon to take a hook takes serious luck or some serious money in a good fishing boat that can handle being in the salt
