Gen IV Boris meter

I got one of the 2 pump jobs and charged it with the battery charger Boris supplies. The cell reading are all over the place. My old Boris meter was always really close from cell to cell and had a higher voltage, usually over 12 volts.

Is this thing okay to use?

the voltages are;

1.2.92

2. 3.49

3. 4.75

Total 11.11

IT IS NOT OK! The charger or battery not working properly. Try different charger/balancer. I can send you one. Boris

I tried the new charger Boris and the same thing happened. The red and green light stayed on and the charger got really hot so I unplugged it.
