Also need help with a good startin point for prop.

Running a Jae Boat also with the Tiger King 27 Evo, I run the boom tube as they come in the box ( 24" ). and the Zipp Pipe at 13 1/2 to 13 5/8. The ENVY is a great running hull, you'll have fun with it. HAPPY RACING !!!
