Guys I've seen this radio on sale for very low $$. I see it have all adjustibles one needs to do a basic set up plus a few model memory... Ok here's the kicker, it's AM. I've used cheap AM radios on cars with no problems before. I'm thinking about this for my FF12 and possibly my 21 rigger also.. What kind of problems would you predict if I use this very cheap, computerized, AM radio?

The only thing I would suggest with that setup is a FAILSAFE.

The reason that I would suggest this is,you sure don't want

to lose a boat at any speed in case the radio would have a

problem.

my dad has one, i like it, it is very easy to setup and stuff. i think i am going to buy one
