?Fullers carbon fiber lower unit

Has any one used the carbon fiber lower unit that Fullers fast electrics sells for $29 US ? The unit comes with a brass liner instead of teflon and tilts the power head slightly forward. Here in Canada the LHS wants $ 60 for the K&B lower end halves plus i would have to spend time machining away the excess material any response would be appreciated. Regards Andris Golts.

Yes, its the same as the REK or Irwin unit. It works well, I set the NAMBA FE OPC Tunnel SAW record using one in 2005.
