Guys,

Alliant Knee mill, 9x48", variable speed head

ProtoTrak MX2e 2-axis CNC retrofit controller, professionally installed

Ways in great shape

R8 collets included

I've been using this mill in my garage to make connecting rods and misc. boat hardware for the last four years. Lately I've been using the equipment at the shop I work for to all my side work, and I have an opportunity to sort of partner with a guy who needs someone to do his lathe work, so I'm selling my mill to buy a lathe.

I thought maybe some of you guys might own a shop or work for one that could use a good conversational CNC mill. I'm also looking for a Hardinge HLV-H Super-Precision Toolroom lathe. Maybe a trade, even or not.

I'm asking $8500, but I'll entertain serious offers. Transport can be arranged. Hell, I'll deliver it if you're close.

Thanks. Brad.

Sounds like some thing that I would be interested in. The cool part is that all my R-8 tooling will work on it. Please send me some picts and tell me where it is located at. I live in Wisconsin, but I'm sure with my luck you live across the country! :(

Also what power requirements does it have? Right now three phase is out of the question.

Thanks!

Dale P.
