For Sale - CS (China Shang) 21 marine motor, with an extra piston & sleeve, all new. Looks to be a Nova Rossi short stroke knock off. Made fairly well. Would be great in a sport 20 hull, or in a mono. No world beater, but would give someone some fun for not a lot of money. Parts are available. No box or papers.
