I have see alot of people say a 3% fee for paypal I have never been charged a fee with them? And I have sent money and received money through them.....

Everytime i get sent money via paypal they take out 3%.

If you never set up to receive payments in a business manner, then you can receive payments that are made from a checking account at no cost to you. The very first time you accept payment from someone with a credit card payment, they charge you $.30 per transaction plus 3% of the total sale. No matter if it was made by checking account of credit card..
