I found the cabinet latch assemblies at McMaster. The chrome plated ones are $5.something a set of two.

The graphics are from Wesley's Custom, the turn fin is a Dick Tindal.

Sport Hydro,

Did you mean to say that you "replaced the burch ply" or upgraded to burch ply? If it was the first, what did you upgrade to? The boat looks great. Have you had it up on plane yet?

I upgraded to a better grade of ply from my LHS to replace some of the burch ply. This was mostly in the re-enforcing areas on the frame parts.

I have not got it wet yet, but hope to get out this weekend.
