Does anyone know if Fine Design still exists?

I have paid more a $K but received no merchandise from them!!

Yes they do and if youre having issue just give chris a call. I deal with him all the time and his service has been cordial and prompt..

Your best bet is to stay away from Fine Design as a lot of people have lost money to them. I don't know if Chris is still running the place as I heard that his brother took over and ever since that time it's gone down the dumper. Lots of promises of items in shipment from manufacturers or everbody's fault but his own for non-delivery.

I talked to chriss personally just the other day he called ME to make sure the order was right. Hes replaced a rotor for my 6xl hes shipped me all my props other than maybe 3. Everything i order arrives in less than 3 days. Every and I mean every major manufacturer that ive ordered from has messed an order up . I being patient, realize that sometimes things just dont go right but Id never knock anotha mans business unless he took money and NEVER delivered a product. Without real proof id never think that a man used a lie on his manufacturer as an excuse for a late order. I dont think he cares that much to lie quite honestly. What would he get a "spanking" if the orders not right :huh: . Gilbert, listen all you have to do is call this man tell him you havent recieved your items and he will take care of it. ive been dealing with the man for 4 years. Of course theres always a possibility if you call with a tantrum like a child coz he didnt get his toy on monday and was promissed it on monday then you might have some problem. But i know you wont do that so it will all work out just call the man. 9 times out of ten it will be Chris you talk to directly

note; if your packet made it to hk post but not you. GOOD luck same thing happeneed to me with the almighty hobbyking and hk post claimed it was delivered. Yes it was to san jose california. Only one problem I live on the other side of the country. Even with verifiable tracking that it wasnt delivered to me HK post still tried to wash thier hands of it saying it was delivere investigation over. LITERALLY every week for 9 months i called. It took that long to recieve my order because of hk post and how they do things in your region of the world. This was my own personal experience no lie here just wat happened.I can tell you if it got caught in hk post Chris will likely be the one that will have to eat the loss. Something to think about.

I know it cost more but I suggest you use ems option for shipping to and from asia in the future or a courrier but not the hk post

But, Fine Design never reply to emails in the last few months, while I am busy with other committment and tend to not waste time to push for reply. When I look back I have received my first order for motor mount in 3 days but not this time a big motor and ESC, and they did charge my paypal account without sending me anying nor to respond to my emails.

Have you recieved any response yet? But as I said before icould come as its suppossed to once that still doesnt mean that "THIS" new order is not caught up in customs or hk post I would contact hk post and see what they have to say in the meanwhile (845) 342-5102
