Facilities Agreement Samples

Does anyone have an contract for managing a pond for model boating wth a parks and rec or city? One of the local parks and recreation departments here in Colorado is building is a model boating facility and we need to draw up and agreement for the club or district to manage it. They/we do not have anything that looks like that so I was hoping someone might have something like that.

try contacting city of tallahassee parks & recreation. they have a rc car/truck track in tom brown park. i have also heard that some run boats in a lake that adjoins the park, since i left there. i used to work for parks & rec there, if i can help, lmk.

We are pretty excited about it! We are meeting with them in the next week to discuss what we need like driver's stands, storage facilities, power, pottys etc. The specifically would like us to host some national events there so I am sure you are going to see a NAMBA Nationals there in the near future.

Hey Davidhow are things going? Sounds great that the city is willing to work with you. It would be great to hold a Nat's there. Contact Mr. Fonz here as he does Edmonton's agreement with the city. The big issue is the insurance and noise bylaws I think, but he would know better. Hope it helps.
