ESC Binding, Faster in reverse then foward

Ok what Should all my radio settings be at? I'm missing the instructions for my loaner ESC until mine comes back from the manufacture.... I'm not sure if its the end points I have screwed up or what... I'm running a 3PMX with a Turnigy tracstar... Ant input or help would be awesome!!!
