This guy did a heck of a job comparing different epoxies. I think he was more interested in clearcoating than structural integrity, but it's very interesting (and lots of pretty pictures, Gene. )

Very interesting bottom line is you need something over the epoxy to make it last.

I really don't think it's that important since our models aren't exposed to the elements for long periods of time. But it does bring up some interesting points.
