Does anyone Know if the CMB .21 Beta and Rossi .21 Keep Direct. Drive Marine Engine's w/ Rear Exhaust have the same engine mount bolt hole pattern .

Yes and no Hole spacing is the same,engine with is different. Its easier to put a Nova where a Beta was. Cmb is wider and carb issues in some installs
