Hey all you guys & gals I need to find a new engine builder, mine has quit building engines. Have already talked to Andy Brown, would like to get in touch with Ron Gerhety (I think I spelled it right), or anyone that does CMB engines. Whom do you "all" trust with your expensive engine. I mostly run CMB 45's & 67's, in mono's, riggers, sport 40 & 1/8 scale hydros.

Thanks,

I have heard only GOODs about John A. and Rod G.

I beleive there cheeper than Browns work, I have only delt with Browns work, and its top notch, but you pay for it. Now Andy can work wonders on a CMB.

I cant say for the other 2 guys, BUT I have heard good about there work.

I know that Bob Finn can do motor work on cmb and he also sells parts and motors too. He's in Texas. and i don't know his email maybe some one hear dose.

I just seen Tidewater eng has ANDY BROWN Piston/sleeves for sale, all you would have to do is work on the case some, and open the crank, and work on getting it larger opening.

But thats another option for you.
