IMO the next proposal submitted to the BOD should be a complete rewrite of section seven in the rulebook. The BOD needs to have options on how proposals are handled. Including a procedure to promote discussion among elected officials to seriously consider the effect proposals such as this one have on the ENTIRE membership. It's obvious that didn't happen on this one, and that's a shame. Some long time FE racers including the NAMBA FE Chairman have raised VERY good points here.
