This is a NIB El Twister 12+ cell rigger from Fine Design Marine, very fast boat. This rigger comes with fiber glass tub, foam core sponsons, graphite boom tubes and a turn fin. The boat is no longer available and had a retail of about 170.00 without the turn fin. Price to sell at 125.00 plus 5.00 shipping. PayPal is OK as long as you don't mind adding an extra 4.00 to cover their fees. (2.9% + .30)
