With the center ride surface covering the stuffing tube right back to the strut I beleive either would work equally well.

My CMB powered Eagle has the center show and narrow ride pads and has a flat bottom strut. Works well.

Thanks Daniel

All of the struts that I have gotten in the past from CMDi for an SGX with the center shoe have been round.

I heard that better improve flat strut than round but depend on early or latest for SGX that is why!

Spacing on the 45 SGX is 6,5 inches.

Tthe last strut I got from CMD is flat, and also the bracket is one piece with 2 bolts.

The strut used to be round, but maybe the flat one works better.

Thanks for the replies.
