With the tub on a flat surface with no prop, shaft or turn fin the top of the tub should be parallel to surface top. Then set the strut with a 1-2 degree negative angle and the back of the strut touching the tables surface.
Next is the sponsons. The top of the port sponson should be parallel with the top of the tub. Then measure the distance from the table top to the top of that sponson tip. Then set the starboard sponson so the that same measurement is .100" bigger.
The sponsons are 6 1/4" from the tub. And parallel to the Tub. NO TOE IN OR OUT. You must use a straight edge for this as the tub tapers toward the bow.
Be sure when putting the turn fin back on it is parallel to the tub. And then re-check the strut setting. And your ready.
The only adjustment that may be necessary at the lake would be strut angle, mostly depending on how much or how little lift the prop you run has. Good luck.
