Dunlap 1/8 scale Cracker box ?

Hi all im building a Dunlap 1/8 scale Cracker box my ? here is .Do the chines have to be filed sharp as a vee bottom hull or do they have to be slightly rounded? Regards Andris Golts.

Sharp. Rounded chines cause the hull to be "sticky".
