Just a suggestion ,perhaps double up the transom to ensure a solid platform for hardware..

Super cool... I haven’t seen that boat on the Dumas site lately. When did they stop making that one? I used to drool over their catalog about 25 years ago. Can’t remember if it was in there then or not.

Looking good. Please post more pictures and of course running shots or videos when done.
Suggestion: I would back up the T-nuts with either a piece of ply or a couple of layers of 6 oz cloth before putting the deck on. I have had wafer seeping through the nuts or even falling off on me before

Strange looking boat.....
It looks like a mono, a sport .40 boat, a tunnel hull, and a shovel nose hydro all crashed into each other at the same time and this is what was left to glue back together...

Dumas came up with some weird stuff over the years...
