If its 43ish inches long I would guess Dumas Miller American kit.

Could be, Scott. Only problem is the sponsons seem to have the wrong bottom shape from what I can see of the right one. Only problem with it being a Dumas is that I don't see any slots for the cross frames. Could be a plans built from Newton plans or a remanufactured Dumas kit like my sport 20 Pak. It's not an Eagle, Dick. If you look at the bottom of the picture, there is a 9volt battery sitting next to the boat. Using that as a size reference, the boat is too large to be an Eagle. One thing that I do know it the boat was either run as a play boat or run in a sport class due to the strut being mounted on the outside of the transom

That kinda resembles the GP class the Canadian guys run. There was a full size boat like that up there called the "code red" . Check with Sebastian on here for more info.
