distroyed a micro renegade

So i ran my micro renegade in to a wall at my local pond so i basicly started to remove 6/8ths of the boats shell and replacing it with 1/32 sheet as the kit comes with originally . now since the hull is dismantaled i was thinkin of hoping it up with dual walls on the sponsons and bigger motor what options do i have . ps i still need it to float at a stand still.

go for the same size motor with lower KV and higher cells

as for the hull the lighter the better just dont hit any walls

extra cells will add weight and prevent blowovers
