Just saw on face book where Dick Trickle has shot himself at the age of 71

Very sad news.

I met Dick when he drove the Nations Rent car.

He came to are shop with his mom in Sanford FL for a meet and great for the Daytona 500 race.

Was the most down to earth person. Spent more time in my recon shop talking about the old chain drive JLG 40 I was restoring than with the crowed.

He always drove with his wing tips on. one class act.
