Diamondback .21 setup

Hey guys,

I need alittle help setting up my diamondback .21 rigger (crapshooter style). Specifically im looking for strut depth and rear sponson placement, above, below or flush with strut bottom? I know the tub needs to be parallel on the flat portion, and i know where the fronts needs to be.

Andrew,

Specs are as follows:

front tip (bottom edge) of rear sponson - 9/32" above the bottom of tub

rear sponson (bottom) - 3/4" below transom

Place boat on flat table with both rears setting on the table. Measure each side at transom to ensure they are identical height to the top of the hull. Set the bottom of strut even with the bottom of rear sponsons. Set strut angle at 0 degrees - flat. Most adjustment needed will be 1 degree of angle,

Front sponsons should be about 3.2 degrees positive angle of attack (AOA)
