Deuce strut depth

What are you guy's running for strut depth on the Deuce?

Hey Griz,

Is that to the center of the strut? I ran mine a 1 1/8 and it was to much load on the motor.

i find that 5/8 to 3/4 ". depends on water $ air conditions. first tune the hs needle for the best speed then play with prop depth. that is what works for me.

No I go from the bottom of the hull to the top of the strut. It's where Mike Z had me set it and it has worked for me and a couple other guys I run with. What prop and fuel are you running?

Prop is the Grim 36X55, I mix my own fuel 60% nitro.

Sounds great I use the same prop and run 50% so you should fly!!!!
