Cycling and Electronic repair

I own four Hobbico Accucycle units, I have come to depend on them for cycling battery packs and tracking packs as they age. Two units have stopped engaging the discharge and timer when I hit the button, unit blinks like normal but does not engage. Does anyone fix these things? Is there a better alternative for cycling and tracking receiver/transmitter packs? Seems trivial but I have 46 packs in service and a notebook to track any weakness. Any advise is welcome. Thanks.
