Cutting out a windshield

Hi, I'm working on a 1/8 scale and am getting to the point where I need to cut out the windshield and side windows. Neither are marked on the cowl, so first I'll need to draw my lines then cut. Question is, what's the best tool for the job?

Assuming it is an epoxy cowl, I use a cutoff wheel on my dremel and then finish sizing with sandpaper/file.
