Cowl Mount

Just wondering if anyone has used those small rare earth magnets to hold a cowl down I've had some sitting around for awhile now so I thought maybe I'd give them a try

I use them on two of my sport-40's no issues,,, they work great.

Have a set on a Classic Thunderboat cowl also.

Thanks I may just give it a try I'm going for the clean look I don't really wanna use the servo horn method did you use magnet to magnet or did you use a small piece of metal on the underside of the cowl

Hobby lobby has some high strength earth magnets. I used magnet to magnet.
