Corrosion X is crazy expensive. I use a product from Krown rust control. It's fine on electronics, dispurses water, is made for lubricating bearings and controls rust. Been using it for a couple of years now with great results. Only about $8 bucks for a 16oz can and less if you buy it by the case of 12. Check it out...

Hey Ron,

Are you using this stuff on your receivers too?

Mike

I've found the best deals for Corrosion X on E-Bay.

And I wouldn't suggest using it on receiver boards. It swells them. ;)

"$8 Bucks" Really? Where?

Michael,

I've never used anything on electronics myself. However, I just called the local supplier here and he tells me it's perfectly safe for electronics.

Jerry,

Because I am a customer they sell me the T32 product for $6.75 per 16oz can. There's also a product called T40 which is what they spray on cars and is higher viscosity. He also tells me they sell the same product at Home Hardware stores under a label called KP53. I'll get back to you with U.S. suppliers as soon as I can get them on the phone.

The T32 I use as after-run claims to be good for electronics, bearings, water dispersent, and rust control.

Ok, here's some U.S. contacts if anyone is interested.

The T32 Or CP90 product can be sourced out of a company in New York called Carwell (716) 896-1677

http://www.carwell.com/

The T40 Or KL73 PN KR71400 can be purchased through International Truck Dealers accross the U.S.
