I just got home from the NEAT fair, where I had a chance to talk to Patrick from Castle Creations. I was talking to him about the Barracuda and the lack of water cooling. Patrick said the 125 was rated at 200 degrees celsius. He also told me if I wanted he would build me a Barracuda125 with the 110HV heat sink(they use the same design boards except for the processor.). This is GREAT news. Where can you find a manufacturer that would do this? Castle Creations goes that extra mile!
