looking for some input on pipe selection for a CMB .21 LS Green head in my Kep's rigger.

I concur.

The CMB 21 quiet pipe is also a strong pipe, had good strong runs with it on Nova and CMB .21's.

Only problem, when you run against a gaggle of 3280's, you can't hear yours! so needling during a race isn't easy

Thanks for the info.

Now what length is a good starting place.

I was looking at the wood's muffler is this a good choice.

For a 3280 it is an excellent choice. It's quiet, doesn't rob power, and you can position the outlet to direct the exhaust residue away from the boat. :D Pipe length, start at 8 1/2 and adjust it shorter to suit your boat setup and prop selection.
