John really! Read all of rule#5 not just the part that you feel "bolsters" your claim.
Read this part.

I can confrim there are some scammers out there. After making my deal with Rick B (and paying) I received a weird text asking about payment. I had already received shipping info from Rick, so I simply deleted the text message.
