Charles,

How about a call to one of our friends in Wisconsin,Rod Geraghty. He will

fix you right up. He is on the Outboard page here in the morning Charles.

Thanks,

Mark Sholund

Most of the greenhead runners in my club have gone to E/T and venturi's.

The OS 9b is a great 67 carb also.

on my 67 green head I put a k&b 450 bore carb ( enlarged the spray bar orfice to the 67 cmb size) and took a k&b 7.5 flywheel and turned it in a lath to make the adapter . easy and runs sweet. also drilled all fuel line fittings to the next size bigger for better fuel flow. 30 seconds to the start! gene

anyone know what is a good one to use on this with little or no mods to make it fit. Andy brown carb, OS9b, or what?
Hello Charles,

Hey thanx for the great race this weekend. I would try the OS9B

there is no better carb thats my opion. With a small round file 1/8

of and inch. Elongate the holes. Take your time and test fit while

filling. Make a gasket out of brown paper bag soak in oil. :D :D

Fifteen minute mode. Hundred percent inprovment. :p :p

When installing an OS9b carb are you removing the low end needle or leaving it set as is from OS? Thanks

Olly
DON'T remove the low end needle! That's one of the nice things about adding the 9B in the first place! B)

Couple of guys in are club are running the 550 bore mac carb needs a little work to fit but well worth it.

I'll second that. You can take the main needle body out and use the remote needle and the low end together. Works very well.
